The Clan Raid is a feature in the Clan War introduced in the 17.0.0 update.
Description[]
A Clan Raid is a duel between two clans. One of the clans would have to defend their own fort and the other has to reach the fort using their tank. A Clan Raid usually starts at 18:00 or 0:00 (UTC+0:00) and goes about 60 minutes.
In this game mode, a clan wins and the other clan loses, naturally. The winning clan gets extra Clan Silver and Clan Valor Points, while the losing clan gets nothing.
Tips[]
Defending the fort[]
- For the fort, the leader or officer should install the most powerful items in the storage. A better defense is needed, but a different decoration is optional, although not necessary for improving the fort since they don't provide any buff.
- Pick off enemies from long range.
- Use the Nuclear Howitzer and Fireball Thrower because they deal insane damage and have the capability to penetrate Sly Wolf users.
- Place mines cleverly such as in the Supply crates or near Healing Wells.
- Spawn-killing can be helpful to trap players.
Attacking the fort[]
- For the tank, like the fort, the leader should install the most powerful tank items in the storage. A better assault is needed, but a different decoration is optional, although not necessary for improving the tank since they don't provide any buff.
- Have as many squads of five going against the other Clan to maximize points gained in hard Clan Raids.
- When knocked down, try to crawl away from the enemy turrets and mines for your teammates to easily heal you.
- When your low on health, don't be afraid the run away from the tank and regenerate.
- If the defending fort is powerful your tank may break down. Plan your spot for your Tank to breakdown and repair to avoid getting overrun by enemy turrets or guardians. It is ideal to plan a spot to break down your tank away from turrets and mines depending on the enemy fort.
- Use self healing weapons like the Heroic Epee or the Cthulhu Legacy.
- Use the Luxury Beats to heal low hp teammates. Demon Catcher
- Attack the fort items like turrets, artillery, and guards, preferably in a secrete location or in a long-range distance.
- Attack the players too, then continue raiding, since there are 10 seconds where you can raid the clan without any player defending it. The defenders have to wait 10 seconds to respawn after dying.
- Watch out for the guardians. If clan bases have guardians, then it is easier for you to be eliminated. You should use weapons with dash or shield like the Sly Wolf.
- One of the best weapons to use for clan raid is undoubtedly the Demon Catcher.
