The Oracle is a module combination in the Sniper section introduced in the 16.2.0 update.

Use[]
This module combination temporarily gives x-ray vision to the user holding a sniper weapon for a certain amount of time before stopping. It is similar to the x-ray attribute on guns like the Third Eye. However, like any module combination, if switched to another category, the effect will be deactivated. And, unlike the x-ray attribute, you do not need to use the sniper's scope to utilize this.
