As the game grows bigger, the wiki will also grow with it and therefore, more staff members are needed to keep the wiki running. Ready to join our ranks? Simply fill ask an admin on their message wall! Remember, you must meet all the requirements! Users abusing powers will be blocked temporarily and removed indefinitely from the role. These requirements do not need to be met, but if only a number of staff agree to a promotion.

The requirements are as follows:

Intern

An intern allows receiving temporary sentinel or moderator rights. One gets to be an intern for a week, and if they're seen as a qualified user for their rights, they are promoted to either sentinel or moderator.

Requirements

Follow the requirements of either sentinel or moderator. Everyone will have to be an intern first, then, if qualified, they either get promoted to sentinel or moderator.

Sentinel

A sentinel can manage the encyclopedic aspect of the wiki (this means they can delete, protect, and manage pages, files, templates, and more).

One can become a sentinel if they're qualified for their rights from being an Intern for a week.

Requirements

  • Must have listened to what they should and shouldn't do.
  • Must have been agreed by at least 3 staff members to qualify you.
  • Must at least have 300 quality (non-farmed) edits on wiki articles, files, categories and/or templates.

Moderator

A moderator can manage the social aspect of the wiki (this means they can delete, lock, and manage posts and chats).

One can become a moderator if they're qualified for their rights from being an Intern for a week.

Requirements

  • Must have listened to what they should and shouldn't do.
  • Must be socially mature enough and report any spam posts when they can.
  • Must have been agreed by at least 2 staff members to qualify you.
  • Must have at least 400 (non-spammed) Discussions posts.

System Administrator

A system administrator (admin/sysop) can almost fully manage the wiki, except with promoting people to system administrators or senior administrator.

Requirements

  • Must have listened to what they should and shouldn't do.
  • Must already be a sentinel or moderator.
  • Must have been agreed by three or more staff members to qualify you.
  • Must have at least 1000 namespace edits.
  • Must be a member for at least 3 months. This shows us that you're experienced and know your way around Fandom.
  • Show responsibilities of cooperation and leadership.
  • NEVER been blocked.
    • Exception: If the user has changed their behavior after a significant amount of time.
  • Must have recently helped fellow users.
  • Must have reported a significant number of vandals (if possible).
  • Be a community builder!
  • Be able to show that you deserve this role.

Senior Administrator

A senior administrator is basically a bureaucrat in any other wiki. Bureaucrat, as a role by itself, allows blocking or promoting other users, but in this wiki, a bureaucrat (or senior administrator as called in this wiki) will be automatically assigned with a system administrator.

Requirements

  • All of the requirements of a system administrator.
  • Must have already been a system administrator.
  • Must ask for a promotion mainly when the staff is running out of senior administrators or a senior administrator resigns.
