The hat appears to be identical to the top of a black queen chess piece. However, the crown is golden and the top of it is red and black.

- Unlike the some hats like the Burning Tiara and the Ruby Helmet in Pixel Gun 3D, these hats are aesthetic, while the normal hats give certain buffs.
- It is one of the 5 chess-themed cosmetic hats. Others being the Knight's Hat, Pawn's Hat, King's Hat and the Rook's Hat.
