The Unloading is a non-elemental module introduced in the 16.2.0 update along with other modules.
Appearance[]
It appears to be an olive-colored tactical belt fitted with assault rifle ammo pouches.
Use[]
It is used to insert in a Primary weapon so that it can be part of a module combination.
Combination[]
The combination in which this module can be used in is the Lucky Shot. The Lucky Shot, which also requires the Primary Magic Module, gives a chance to recover the bullet after a headshot (passive).
