The VIP Account is a system introduced in the 12.6.0 update.
Appearance[]
It appears as a red sign that says "VIP" in silver. There are 4 steel crystals, 6 golden crystals, and 4 diamond crystals sticking out behind the said sign.
Usage[]
Prior to the 21.1.0 Update[]
The VIP Account can only be used during a certain amount of time (e.g. 1 hour or 30 minutes). Within that time span, the user can double his/her amount of Experience and Coins per match played.

The VIP Account is used every match you play until the amount of matches with VIP depletes. After each match, the VIP will give the user a bonus of 5 Keys, 10 Coins , and 3 Battle Credits.
